“The 2007 Shiraz is an intensely concentrated wine with lifted
aromatics. The vineyard's elevation gives rise to the cooler climate
characteristics of eucalypt and anise on the nose. Rich blackberry
and dark chocolate flavours underlie a hint of spice and raspberry
on the palate. The wine is wonderfully concentrated with soft,
grainy tannins. An excellent representation of complexity and
finesse in Shiraz.”
